Welcome!
Welcome to our new site neighbors. This site is for everyone who lives in Georgetown. Here you'll find:
- News from the board — announcements, meeting dates, and updates, right on this page
- A neighbor forum — recommendations, lost & found, for sale & free, and neighborhood chat
- Documents — the bylaws, meeting minutes, and budgets, all in one place
- Events — board meetings and community get-togethers, with an "Add to calendar" button
- Polls — quick ways to tell the board what you think
- Requests — send a question, report a maintenance issue, or submit an architectural request straight to the board
How to join
- Tap Join and sign up with your name, email, and home address.
- Check your email for a verification code — and look in your junk or spam folder, since our site is brand new and some email providers are cautious at first. If you find it there, please mark it "Not spam."
- A board member will confirm your address, and you'll get an email once you're approved.
Your privacy
Your home address is only visible to the board and is used just to confirm you live here. Everything except these announcements is visible to approved neighbors only.
Questions or trouble signing up? Once you're approved, use Requests to reach the board — or catch any of us around the neighborhood.
We're glad you're here. See you on the porch!
